We provide detailed setup guidance, curated item checklists and recommendations covering everything from bedding and furnishings to kitchenware, styling and presentation, ensuring your property is fully prepared for guests from the moment it goes live. Many operators charge additional consulting fees for this level of support, but at Indulge, this expertise is simply part of the partnership.

For existing operators and investors, onboarding is typically completed within 4–6 weeks. For development projects, we integrate from planning and pre-opening to ensure systems and operations are built correctly from day one.
