Indulge Apartments has very limited accessible accommodation options. Our CBD property has a Studio Suite with handrails in the shower and toilet, a wider doorway and a lower vanity bench. Please note there is a small step (around 2cm) to enter the shower. A shower chair is available on request.

Yes. Self-check-in is available after hours using your access instructions and codes, provided your booking is confirmed, your online guest registration is completed, a copy of your government-issued ID has been provided, and your guest registration card has been signed (plus bond re-authorisation where required).
Check-out for all Indulge Apartments, Penthouses and Homes is 10am.
Late check-out can be requested the night prior to departure and is subject to availability, dependent on guest departures and housekeeping demands.
When possible, we are happy to offer early check-in. This can only be arranged on the day of arrival by calling our reservations team on 03 4021 2062.
Self-access codes and instructions are emailed on the day of arrival, provided your online guest registration has been completed during business hours as per the terms of stay.

A valid credit card is required upon booking and will be kept on file for security purposes. Bond authorisations apply as follows:
Bond authorisations apply to Friday and Saturday nights, New Year's Eve and other peak period dates and are processed on the day of arrival. For bookings of 5 nights or more, the bond will be processed as a sale with a non-refundable administration fee, and the balance refunded per our terms.
Security deposit bonds are released on departure. Please allow up to 7 days or more for your bank to return the funds, as processing times vary and are outside our control. Note: a pre-authorisation is a credit hold — you will not see a refund; the hold will simply be lifted and the credit made available on your card.
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival (except during peak periods). A $5.60 cancellation fee applies, plus the non-refundable booking fee. Once full payment is processed two days prior to arrival, no refunds will be given. No refunds are available for cancellations after check-in or no-shows. Indulge Luxury Homes has a two-week cancellation policy, excluding peak periods.
